Accra, Ghana — April 2026 — Snuggli Health today announced a series of partnerships with frontline mental health teams to reduce burnout through structured workflows that bring visibility to referrals, follow-up, and supervision.
The frontline burden
Frontline workers are asked to be screeners, triage nurses, referral coordinators, counselors, and follow-up officers — often in the same hour, often alone. What burns them out is not any single task but the switching between roles that should be supported by structure and aren't.
Structure as support
Through its Sentra care coordination platform, Snuggli Health is working with frontline teams to build the structure that carries the load: routing that puts a case in front of the right human automatically, reminders that surface follow-ups before they're forgotten, documentation that drafts itself, and supervision that is visible rather than improvised.
Early results
Partners report that structured workflows reduce the switching that drives burnout and make follow-up happen by default rather than by memory. Snuggli Health is expanding the partnership program to additional clinics and community programs.
