Why we exist
A young person is more than a screening result.
Being noticed matters. So does what happens afterwards: the conversation, the referral, the wait and the support that actually arrives.
Our work brings together community outreach, Snuggli for young people and Sentra for frontline care teams. The common purpose is earlier support and better continuity—not another isolated screening event.
