Questions & answers
Clarity is part of care.
Our products, what the evidence means and how to work with us.
How do Snuggli and Sentra fit together?
Snuggli is the young person’s space for reflection and emotional support. Sentra is the frontline team’s workspace for screening, referral and follow-up. They serve different users; connecting care does not mean automatically sharing a young person’s private conversations.
How can our organisation work with you?
Start with your setting, cohort, available staff and referral partners. We agree responsibilities, safeguarding, data handling, training, costs and reporting before a programme begins.
Is Araba a therapist or emergency service?
No. Araba is an AI companion. It does not diagnose or prescribe. Do not assume conversations are monitored by a person or that an immediate human response is available.
What should we ask about connectivity?
Tell us which devices and networks your team uses. Confirm the supported offline tasks, where information is stored, how synchronisation works and what happens after a connection failure before choosing a workflow.
What do the field figures measure?
The May–June 2026 snapshot records 209 registrations, 105 full clinical screenings and 70 referral flags. These are separate measures. The evidence page explains the sample and the limits.
How many volunteers are registered?
200 volunteers are registered with Snuggli Health, as of 7 October 2026. Registration is distinct from assignment to a project; participation depends on role, qualifications, availability and training.
Can researchers access individual records?
There is no open patient dataset. Research requires an agreed protocol, appropriate approvals, consent and assent procedures, and data-sharing arrangements.
What does financial support pay for?
Partnerships can support field delivery, volunteer preparation, referral follow-up, youth access and evaluation. Request a costed scope that separates programme delivery from treatment support and technology costs.
